Insulated Glass
Prevent glass fracturing and fogging with Sepcor Molecular Sieves for Insulated Glass
Products & Features
Molecular Sieve Powders 3A
Molecular Sieve Powders 3A are incorporated into the polymer spacer of insulated glass windows to adsorb water. This in turn prevents the negative and positive pressures inside the double pane window. The benefit of this is to reduce glass deflection, stress and breakage, reduced heat and sound insulation, and loss of seal integrity.
Two or three panes of glass separated by a spacer that holds the panes together, creating an insulating air space where gases of argon or krypton can be added as an insulating layer to prevent heat loss.
Molecular Sieve 3A beads
Molecular Sieve 3A beads are spherical beads are incorporated into the spacer bar of an insulated glass window to adsorb water and prevent off gassing and window deflection.
Economic, Low Deflection, High Heat Rise, and Prevents Moisture Buildup
